Why Workout?

This morning while working out I thought 
*WHY on earth do I do this every week day morning at 5:00???*
 I was reminded of something I just read:

So.......I hopped on the treadmill and then rode the bicycle and tried to be thankful that I was blessed to be
 We can't take our health for granted. Every day is a gift!

I absolutely am with you on this one!

I am 67 and have been running for five years now. I run three up and down miles every morning at 5.30am. I recently had an "issue" with one of my knees. After babying it for a couple of weeks I am back to running and I am SO very grateful!

Just getting a "Fantastic"! from my physician after all my tests at my yearly physical is all I need to cheer myself on.
