Just a Little Visit to The ER

Riding *horsie* with my Poppy and had a little fall.

Nothing a cherry popsicle can't cure.
(But,  after FIVE hours in the E.R. until after 1:00 a.m., Nonny and Mommy need more than a
POPSICLE!)

Oh no! Gosh, I've played "ride a little horsey"soooooo many times with all of our grandchildren. I know Poppy must feel terrible even though it wasn't his fault. Bless her heart! Hope it's just sprained!

Hugs,
Kat

Those ER room visits are never fun, but oh so thankful that it looks like something easily fixed. I know I always leave the ER so very thankful ~ there are so many really sick children in this world.
Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful. I know you are enjoying your 5!!

Poor baby. Like Kat, I hope it's just a sprain and no breaks. Lucky for us, they heal so quickly. Our little guy had a run in with the coffee table this week. Thank goodness, they were able to glue his cut and no stitches.

Bless her heart! I hope she feels better soon and is back up in the saddle again! We've spent many a hour in there ourselves with our chirren and their accidents with broken bones, stitches and even a surgery.

Sometimes it does take forever in the ED....and I never really fully understood why....but after seeing the doctors pulled away to be with some really sick children...or working in the trauma bays...I now realize just how blessed we were to just be for broken bones.

Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful.....I have missed not seeing ya'll or those babies. I just felt like NICU was for the closest family members. Can't wait to come visit and meet the boys. So excited! I hope to see you when we come down for a visit.

Isn't it amazing how quickly fun can turn into an emergency? Hope she is soon feeling much better.
