SNOW

Here in the part of North Carolina I live in, we see a dusting of snow every year.

A Dusting.

Well, honestly, a couple of times we have had a few inches.

Fast forward to today.

Weatherman is calling for inches.

Like 5-10 inches.

WHAT?

When my daughter lived in PA, they could handle that.

Here in NC, we aren't prepared.

We shut down.

Like for days.

UGH.

Will we have this:

Or this:

Stay tuned.........

I LOVE that about NC though. I never realized how awesome it was until we went to PA. They operate just like normal even when there are inches/feet of snow on the ground. I LOVE that everything shuts down here. Something special about snow days. We get to take off from work (well, not CO&P...but most places) and we all stay at home and just enjoy being together. I absolutely LOVE it!

Should be an interesting weekend! They are calling for more snow in the south than here in PA. It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas!

Snow is beautiful, only if you dont have to drive in it!

Just be glad you dont get the ice storms, like we do in Kansas City!

If I was you, I'd be hoping for the first picture. There is nothing better than a scene like that for Christmas.
