This Grandgirl Makes Me Laugh

If you remember from last summer, *Wisa* is a hoot!

She is not quite 2 1/2.

The girl is hilarious...and GROWN!

She marches to the beat of a different drummer and cracks me up!

If she doesn't want her picture made, a smile is hard to come by. 

And yes, her favorite Dis*ey Princess...Tiana. (Because she's dark.) :)

She will keep you on your toes and I have to remind myself that she is not even 2 and 1/2 yet.

She reminds her mommy to get new mulch for under the playset and asks her sister if she enjoyed art at school each day. She reminds us all the time that she is going to school next year and has even said what she wants packed in her lunchbox. 

She heard a song on the radio last week and asked her mom to turn it up because it was her favorite song.:)  I listened to her sing along from her carseat the sweet, sweet words about Jesus and I was reminded of how her little mind is like a sponge. She is soaking it all in. I pray every day that she sees Jesus in Nonny and Poppy and that we can be an influence on her little life.

TOO Much JUNK

I've had my email address for a LOOOOOOOONG time.

Like years and years and years.

The same one.

Somehow in all those years I have managed to give out that address.

A lot.

So, I have subscribed to a lot of things.

And get lots of JUNK.

I don't mean SPAM.

(Spam is blocked.)

I mean JUNK.

Like, one time I signed up for *Thought Of The Day*

I guess I didn't think I had enough of my own thoughts.

I needed to borrow someone elses.

JUNK.

Also, through the years, I have signed up for every clothing, shoe, baby site available.

I guess to get free shipping or a free something.

JUNK.

For one week, every. single. email. i. get.

I am going to take the time to unsubscribe.

Usually I just hit delete.

I'm tired of JUNK.

I just bought this JUNQUE TRUNK from SCOUT.

I bought it for the back of my car.

To hold all my JUNK.

Fabulous!

Another Baby Is Coming!

Today I went to a baby shower for my niece, Joy.

She is having her first baby in June and her husband's family had a shower for her.

She has chosen NOT to know if the baby is a boy or girl, so we will all have to wait until June!

Wordless Wednesday

I Could FEEL Easter This Year!

I always host Easter at my house.

It's one of my favorite holidays and I love that all the family make it a priority to be here!

It means a lot.

It helps me FEEL Easter.

A few years ago, my sister passed away. Holidays have never been the same.

But yesterday felt GOOD.

The weather was gorgeous. We ate my sister's favorite Orange Jello Salad. 

And we loved.

A risen Savior....and each other.
