Do you know what this is?
Yeh, it's a spring for a garage door.
It broke a couple of months ago.
It was our busy season at work and then Christmas came.
And went.
I tried really hard not to whine.
I mean, the people in Haiti wish they had my garage to sleep in.
But yesterday I went home to a surprise.
Hubby had someone come fix it.
Without me whining or nagging.
It's the little things.

SO exciting!!
I know that it must have been frustrating. I should probably learn that lesson - less nagging :)
Good for you! I love it when things like that happen unexpectedly!! Hubby let me call a fix-it man for all of the little things around the house. It's amazing how happy a fixed door can make you!
Little things in life mean so much! This was a perfect illustration. Isn't it interesting that the little things can become big things so quickly, in our lives. I like how you shared the importance of keeping a proper perspective.
I wanted to make sure you got my message regarding your question yesterday. The Stadium is open to the public for tours daily.
Love it when everything "works" lol
love it when that happens, but i have to say at this point in our lives with work and three kids...i usually have to nag! :)
It really is the little things!
You're so right...every single day there is a "little" thing that we need to be thankful for!
Hugs!
