Low Carb

Are you a carb addict?
I love me some carbs!
goodbye potatoes
and rice
and bread
and popcorn
and chips
and most things good.

For two weeks.

I've heard that eating carbs (at least those not prepared properly through soaking, fermenting or sprouting) can actually be the trigger for sugar cravings. I definitely tell that when I eat more bread, etc, I crave more junk. Interesting.

I'm just finding your blog through a comment you left on Jo-Lynne's blog. How is it going? I've been there and done that! It works if you can stick to it. I try hard to moniture how many carbs I have.
