It felt so good to back visiting your blog again. My days are so busy the last few months. I first of all want to congratulate you on your weight loss. I think that is commendable. I didn't think one time that you needed to lose, but you know how you feel.

I want to wish your precious little girl, a very happy 3rd birthday. I love seeing every picture you share of her.

You are a beautiful grandma! I love that you share your life via your blog.

Maybe you could share some of your tricks of the trade with us? What keeps you motivated, what good things you eat, etc?
