Fitbit



This is the Fitbit!!!



It is basically a pedometer....but so much more! It tracks your steps, your stair climbs and even your sleep. It also tracks calories burned. The thing I like about it is it synks to your phone, Ipad, etc and automatically uploads to it. You never have to hook it back up to it. It's completely wireless. You can also follow friends that use Fitbit and compete with them in # of steps walked.

I love mine!

  1. I thought about getting one, but I didn't know if I wanted it enough to pay $100. Do you use it every day?

  2. I've had one since last October. I wear it every day. Mine is the ultra so doesn't link to my phone automatically. I love it although I haven't tried wearing it while sleeping yet. We just completed a challenge at work - 10,000 steps average per day for 100 days. I finished with 1,015,00 steps! The Zip is only $60.

  3. I have worn one for awhile now and love it. My goal is always no less than 10,00 steps a day. It's a great motivator.
