My youngest son and his wife sold their house
AND MOVED OUT.....like in seven days.
To the first people who looked at it.
Cash.
So, they are our house guests for a while.
They promise to be out soon.
Or at least by the time they have their 5th child.

None of our girls have 'bomaranged' (yet). Hope it goes well. How lucky that their house sold so quickly!

Wow! We have a house here that we sure wish would sell. Adam and Suzanne bought our house when we moved to the Creek House. So, we have been trying to sell theirs ever since. But, nothing is selling around here!
