I pass right by my Gardenia bush every time I go in and out of my house.
It's right by my back door and the fragrance is AMAZING!
If you click on the picture and look close, you'll see there are TONS of blooms about to burst open.
When I fill a bowl full of them and sit it in my kitchen, the whole kitchen smells great!

ReplyDeleteWhen I visited good friends in GA one summer, they had a vase of these beautiful flowers in our room. You are right...they smelled amazing!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite bushes, are my Lilac bush and right now, my Peony bushes.
I wish we could click and smell them. They are beautiful. I love the vibernum outside our preschool room. The fragrance is amazing.

ReplyDeleteI love gardenia bushes too, but have never had one. I do love my rose bushes, although I only have 2 of those. I know you enjoy your gardenia bush. I can almost smell it through the computer. Love & blessings from NC!

ReplyDeleteI am SO jealous!! i ♥ gardenias. They remind me of when I was young and lived in California and Florida...my dad would pick 3 and give one to my mother, my sister and me each Sunday as we walked out the door on our way to church! WOW, that just brought a flood of memories back to me!

ReplyDeleteI have a gardenia bush and it just started blooming this week! I took a picture and was going to blog about it until I saw this picture. It makes mine look pathetic! Anyhow, I just love the smell too!! I put them in my bathroom and one by my bed in a little bud vase. Love your blog!!
