I love the toddler years.
And I love the things they say.
This is my oldest granddaughter, EC
She is 2 1/2.
She calls all fast food restaurants:
EC's Donalds.
Not McDonalds, EC'sDonalds.
She also says
"I can't listen"
When she means "I can't hear"
Seriously,
Don't you love the toddler years?
Love love love to hear them talk and watch them play! So innocent!
ReplyDeleteYes, I love this age also. I have a grandson 2 1/2, and they say the cutest things. I never thought, as some say "The terrible two's". No terrible here, just cute.
ReplyDeletelove your blog.

funnnn!
ReplyDeleteShe's precious - it's been too long since we've seen them!
I need to line her up with our grandson Caleb, same age...he comes up with the neatest thing all the time and keeps us laughing! Love this age..they teach us a lot! Come say hi :D
ReplyDeleteThey do say the cutest things! That was one of the most wonderful things about teaching for all those years...hearing the things they would say!
ReplyDeleteYes I do!
ReplyDeleteHugs!

Jack is 2 and a few months and he says the FUNNIEST things....maybe my favorite age....Tonight on the phone he said WUV U....MAMMY....who would let their grandkid call them MAMMY when I am Grammy....and he even knows he says it wrong and laughs...
ReplyDeleteI can never get enough of hearing them talk, and just being with them. My oldest granddaughter is also 2 1/2 years old, and a tiny lisp when she talks. Just love it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a little beauty this E.C. is!!!
So precious! She's absolutely beautiful! These are such tender years and I think if you look up the word "Joy" in the dictionary, you'll find pictures of grandchildren...so sweet:)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
~Mary

ReplyDeleteOh, that's just the best. My son (age 4) still says, "Is it darking?" Meaning is it dark yet?
ReplyDeleteI just love EC McDonalds...
