Before and After

Months ago, I painted my fireplace brick.

This is the BEFORE!

This is the AFTER!

I'm going to add to the C's...

(Which is my last name initial.)

And eventually take down the canvas.

But, it's starting to take shape now.

And, I like it.

  12. I have quite a collection of O's that I love to use! May I make a suggestion? I'm assumming you said OK! :) Make a large 'C' out of styrofoam...then cover it with greenery. Use the sheet moss first...cover it and pull to the back. you can hot glue or use picks. You may like that look. I think just the moss and a ribbon looks great alone. Or then you can add picks of other greenery or flowers. Once you have the base, you can change it for the season...fall leaves, holly, sea shells, etc. Think of it as a wreath.

Now, that info may be worth just what you paid for it...but, just thought I'd pass that along.

Love that you painted the brick,,,looks great!
