I gave up cokes about 13 years ago. Even went through withdrawals, major headaches. But felt so much better and energetic. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I've been afraid to wash my little pink dress but maybe I should. It's a thought. Have a great week!
I can't imagine how difficult this would be. I can only relate it to my great, great enjoyment of coffee and then choosing to give it up. Oh, that would be painful! Wish you the best my friend.
wow! i gave up sweet tea for lent freshman year of college...and didn;t have a cheat day since the first few days i got such bad headaches. anyway, when lent was over, i went back to drinking sweet tea but not as many in a day as i had been. i believe everything is good in moderation! good luck!!!! hope you had a blast this weekend!
You can do this. I gave it up for lent and I feel so much better that I doubt if I'd go back to it. The first few days are the hardest. If you get headaches, try some ice tea or chocolate to take the caffeine edge off.
I am not a soft drink person, so it is hard for me to relate, but I know you can do it. I am praying for you to stick it out. Hope you had an amazing weekend at the beach. Love & blessings from NC!
good luck, girl! you can do it!
