My daughter-in-law, K, recently took the National Boards.
(for professional teaching standards)
She waited for months to get her score.
Friday was the day.
She passed!
With flying colors.
If you are a mom
or a Nonny
You should thank God for teachers like her.
They represent only 2% of our teachers.
Nationwide.
I am proud of her.
You should be too.
She is making a difference.

Congratulations! I have the highest regard for teachers. It is hard, but such satisfiying work. I teach preschool and my daughter teaches 6th grade and my other daughter is in her final year of elementary education at Purdue.

ReplyDeleteGood for her! How wonderful to know that she strives for excellence! My DIL is a third grade teacher. There has never been the recognition of teachers that they deserved! They are one of the most important links to a better future!
